By replying to this TextTag, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not reply to or otherwise interact with this Tag.

1. Permitted Use. Tags are provided solely as a mechanism for sending and receiving short notifications and brief, quick replies — not for extended conversations, ongoing dialogue, or any form of sustained messaging exchange.
2. No Identity Verification; Assumption of Risk. TextTags does not verify the identity, intentions, or trustworthiness of anyone who scans, messages, or otherwise interacts with a Tag. You are solely responsible for exercising caution and should not disclose sensitive personal, financial, or identifying information through a Tag conversation.
3. Device Binding. Each Tag, and each credit or Tag purchased through the Service, is assigned to and tied to the specific physical device on which it was created or redeemed, and is not transferable to any other device or account.
4. Duration and Availability. A Tag remains active and continues to operate indefinitely, until its owner disables, pauses, or deletes it, or until TextTags suspends or disables it. TextTags does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery, or receipt of any message.
5. Reporting Abuse. If you become aware of abusive, harassing, threatening, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate conduct in connection with a Tag, you agree to promptly report it through the reporting mechanisms provided in the application or by contacting TextTags support.
6. Enforcement and Right to Disable. TextTags reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, disable, restrict, or permanently deactivate any Tag it believes has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner it deems abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Service, including all Tags, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TextTags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of a Tag or any interaction conducted through one.
9. Changes to These Terms. TextTags may modify these Terms from time to time; continued use of a Tag following any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
